WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT...
Storyville was the dedicated red light district of New Orleans from 1897 to 1917. My artwork incorporates the photographs of EJ Bellocq, a photographer of the times, who captured the prostitues in casual settings. My shrines and fetish boxes of the Tombs of New Orleans show the decay of forgotten "cities of the dead" and my nostalgic historic New Orleans pieces of bygone places, such as Pontchartrain Beach and Canal Street buildings from the 1930.
The darker side of humanity is what fascinates me.

Is Odd Felows part of Save Our Cemetaries? I am really surprised at the neglect.
The Odd Fellows Rest Cemetery is controlled by a private association and as far as I know Save Our Cemeteries is not working in there. The neglect and vandalism is quite awful in there. I don't know if SOC can do anything for it.
